Is preregistration free?
Yes. No account or payment details are needed.
Will you arrange a caregiver immediately?
No. This is a launch preregistration, not a care booking or a guaranteed caregiver referral. A launch date has not been announced.
How do I complete my registration?
Enter your city and email. Open the email link within 48 hours and confirm your address. You can then optionally add your needs or work preferences.
Is a phone number required?
No. A phone number is only requested if you choose a callback after confirmation. This does not subscribe you to ongoing promotional emails or WhatsApp messages.
