The app records where the shift began and ended, so the family never has to ask whether you arrived — their screen says “location verified”. You can still work without granting location: verification is a trust signal, not a gate.
The day's tasks stay in a list, and you take a photo as you mark one done. Photos come from the camera only, never the gallery — that rule protects you, because the proof of your work is beyond dispute. With no signal your marks are not lost; they send themselves once you reconnect.
The client's medications are listed with their times, and you mark what you have given. Once a time has passed the row turns to a warning colour, so nothing slips on a busy day. Your marks reach the family and the physician at the same moment.
If you notice a fall risk, loss of appetite or a change in behaviour, you mark the note as a concern. It reaches the family as an instant notification and stays on the record with its date — no later argument about whether it was mentioned.
